SMART MOVE KEIKO ... IVDO is one of my favorites ... their BURSTWARE sure makes me burst into laughter ... Faster than real time ... wow ... I suppose U2 wasn't playing LIVE ... LETS SIMPLIFY THEIR TECHNOLOGY ... If I have a 1 hour video, and I transmit a 1 minute frame each upon demand, then I most likely will have some wait time because of physical bottlenecks; i.e. wires, bandwidths, network traffic, throughput, etc... So maybe I should transmit it in 10 minute frames .. in other words, 'BURSTS' of data ... and have the receiving station have some kind of buffering mechanism to hold the data ... These 10-minute frames will be in 7 minute intervals ... and voila!!! Everything is received in less than 1 hour ... faster than real time ... NOW LETS COMPLICATE THEIR TECHNOLOGY ... Let's give it a name, get some patents and pretend it so revolutionary, nobody else can come up with something similar ... Trouble is, some wiz kid from college is probably doing something by now ... just to get HOOTIE ... hold my hand!!!
