pham, In this crazy market, with the jaw-dropping I've experienced, I'm not sure I'd want to go for the bonus round of another 99 years. The past couple years has been enough to test the resolve, I think I'll just hold out for that massive power outage instead, and count my blessings in the dark :o) Regards, JB
