I agree... It's hard to buy something you don't know about. Heck I never heard of them until I read a cross post here on RMDY. They are not a household name. The move to have an established Investment Banker on the board is key, they have the clout, the name, and most importantly friends with money and influence. I hope they use this guys network accordingly to get their name out and attract some serious players -Jon
