Well, think about it this way. Microsoft has huge sums of $$$ and very little debt (from what I've heard). Even if they lost, and the gov't fines them an exorbitant amount, I figure that they could probably regroup and figure on a new strategy. As I have said before, it probably wouldn't be the worst thing for the investors if Microsoft were forced to break up into several smaller corporations. Even if all these allegations are proved true (the unethical business practices), I doubt people would really go run out right away to buy a new OS for their PC's. More than likely they'd stay with the one they are most comfortable with (the one on 95% of desktops, Windows). I'm a LAN Admin/Tech at a large bank headquarters and most users here are happy enough that their desktop looks the same day in and out. Just my thoughts.
