Mike, I think you expect too much from the talking heads. They are all in the "infotainment" business. The CNBC guys, at least, seem to believe in Capitalism, although they sound like sports reporters. If you want a real laugh, watch the PBS news, when Neil has an analysis of the stock market. He sets there with a look of total bewilderment on his face, while the report implies that a planned economy is the answer. The people who write most of the "news" shows are liberal arts majors who flunked econ 101, and believe the government is the answer to all of our problems. At least their 401K's have stimulated their selfish interest!
