I was thinking of a $100 per seat charge, but it's from a large Bell Canada contract, and the news release indicates that Open Text is aiming at the high end market:

" Further of note, to implement a solution of this magnitude for
less than $100 per seat is unique among high-end document management systems." (see post #3)

And Tyler rooted out their basic fee of $62,500 for Livelink Intranet, so we can assume they aren't trying to sell to the small fry.
