Given that papers have been filed in both California and New York relative to lawsuits--none of which has gone to trial--it would seem logical to me that the parties involved are in discovery and therefore seeking information any way they can get it. Thus, I'd like to remind everyone it's quite possible, if not likely, someone is on this thread, and other threads, attempting to elicit information which could be manipulated to the company's disadvantage in a court of law. This is chilling and makes me very uneasy. The very thought of this inhibits honest and constructive communication.
