Make that commercial real estate. It has ALWAYS led the cycle. home sells are not too accurate-- more of consumer confidence. Commercial is a direct reflection on the tenants profits and expansion. If the market does tank BIG-- there will be TONS of property here in Costa Rica at bargain basement prices. The land cost here follows the stock market. I am keeping an eye for bargains around Michael Jordon's new casino.... Anyone want to start a fund with me if that happens?
