EWM & MF Your post indicated EWM probably might not be bothered by convertibility issue and MF would be. Actually opposite is true - you've read the release by now on EWM. MF has a fixed portfolio and they feel no reason to trade - I called them. At this point it seems like the two are defacto the same - unless EWM would/could create new shares, which the latest press release seems to negate. Your thoughts?
