John, I think in no way should DGIV use stock priced anywhere below $10 to pay for any acquisition. I have no real feelings for a NMSS/DGIV merger. Maybe next year DGIV may want to consider using stock to acquire a desired asset, but I feel any acquisition in the near future will be with cash. Mark
