David, I don't think the Bloomberg is worth it just becasue of this one that DJ might have missed. Yesterday and on many days, I find something like MSPG yesterday at about 8:30 and 10:31 I found that timely upgrade for ELNK.. (which I was preparing to enter anyhow) I would say at least 1 or twice a week I find a good timely trade off of DJ. If DJ misses one upgrade then there is always another. But if you follow just the news data, and I know traders who do nothing but watch news every second, then it is important.
