tony i dont know who said it isnt approved for margin i bought in my ira so no margin of course but my partner bought a ton at 7.50 and used 40% of his avaliable margin at etrade to do it. etrade however is so screwed up that they might have done this in error. wouldnt put it past them long on tltk jcmp
