Hi All, Just spoke with Brian R. Cook Pres. and CEO Direct Focus Inc. I'm am very excited about the future of DFX. Cook expects Bowflex sales to be good for the next 5-7 years. They will be selling the new bed in all conventional sizes,from twin on up. Those of you that did not receive the video should call DFX and get on their PR and info list. Cook would not disclose profit margins as it is not public info yet. They have contracted with a 3rd party for the delivery and setup of the beds. This company, which he did not disclose, has similar contracts with Macy's, The Sharper Image and others. He said eventually they would have warehouse in different parts of the U.S. Revenues are recognized at time of sale like Bowflex with a reserve for return rate. He would not reveal number of markets because it will be changeing constantly. They will be testing different spots in different regions for the next 90 days with full rollout beginning 1st of the new year. They designed and developed this product themslves over past year so there will be no royalty payments. They are also seeking patents on the beds. They are still planning NASDAQ listing for sometime next year, but not before the multiple increases. There may be some dilution but with higher multiple, who cares. It would be very little dilution.
