I am another one not up-to-date. I am still waiting for audited 1996 financials and promised 1997 10K.

Since you brag about being up-to-date, you must have already seen 1998 1Q and 2Q 10Q's. Please post a copy of them here.

If you haven't seen a copy of these, then you are a liar. You are not up-to-date.
