Thought you people might be interested. I dug this up on Meteor

Anyone who has any interest in this company (CAML) probably has seen the latest numbers. They are real BAD. They were so bad that Camelot had to try and bury the disasterous data in a report for 6 months instead of the normal reporting for 3 months. This way they can still show the inflated price paid to them for distribution of Digiphone in Europe ($7.5 Mil)..BUT they still show BIG losses. This just makes the first few lines of the press release look better. Unfortunately some folks just read the first few lines.

Here is some other interesting info about the company DW bought in Great Britain to use as a shell for distribution of Digiphone. It appears (my guess as to what the loan Marsha refered to was for)that he got an unsecured loan for $1.8 million from Camelot to go buy Meteor Tecnologies PLC. He then formed Digiphone Europe. Then he merged Digiphone Europe with Meteor so DE is now publicly traded company. Now he can issue almost worthless paper to pay for distribution rights and claim huge profits for Camelot. Pretty neat huh. Unfortunately for stockholders of both Camelot and Meteor, it would appear that Meteor has done nothing but deteriorate since Danny took over.

I ran accross this info on Meteor Technologies PLC (Danny's shell). You will note that they have absolutely no background in distribution, or marketing ...NONE. That is a big ZERO. Of course it seems that DW had no choices in the matter, apparently none of the established distributors (those with any possibility of marketing the less than adequate product) in Europe had any interest at all in getting anywhere near Digiphone!!

(emphasis mine)

You will notice in a recent deal Camelot loaned Meteor $1.6 Mil and sold International distribution rights to them for an additional $1.6 Mil for loan stock convertable at 55 Pence... the 52 week high price NOT the current price. Do you think that this has anything to do with Danny owning Meteor??

Did you notice that Camelot has recieved $7.5 million and $1.6 mil from Meteor for European and International distribution rights respectively ( of course Camelot wrote down these figures by over %50 , but continues to report the entire amount as earnings..peculiar isn't it) This was all paid in loan Stock...meteor's entire market capitalization is only about $15 mil. With the obvious downturn in Meteor's value... and no viable product...do you think Metor will ever pay up?? I doubt it. Camelot is now the owner of a bunch of nearly worthless loan stock!

Do you notice that the Meteor Stock has done nothing but fall since Danny bought them? People think that Digiphone is not as viable an endeavor as creating a network of credit card phones in Germany...I tend to agree!!<G> You of course realize that stock price is a measure of Stockholder confidence, seems like the Brits don't have much confidence at all in Danny, his product or his schemes! They are right!

With the absolute lack of performance this company has displayed ever since it's inception (The have NEVER had a profitable quarter based on sales of goods or services) and this insight into Danny's finegling with Meteor, don't you think that it might be wise to avoid CAML... like the plague!! It is really going downhill fast!!

BTW CAML was trading at 7/8 today...THE ALL TIME LOW!!

Do you folks hear the Fat Lady singing as clearly as I do?
