Thank God for Russia - now any IMF money will have to be split between Russia and Asia. Not trying to be calling people racist, but my guess is the money will go to the whities much sooner than it will go to the funny looking Chungs. Way to go Ruskies!! Here, have another volka!! This is good for DRAMs and semis!! Now the Koreans will find it that much tougher to get their hands on the money to buy deep UV steppers to take their fabs to sub 0.25um. Those 16M 0.35/0.30 um fabs are stopping!! patrick (Yes, I am allowed the above, I am Chinese)
