Actually Jeff the FED will not move right now IMO... as for the CRB, i was watching the NBR last night and the Bridge Advisory just stated that because of the relationship of the 3 month T-bill to the CRB, they predict Deflation WILL happen... and rates will be alot lower in the next 6 months or so, 4-4 1/2 %... WOW!!! we can re-mortgage & re-mortgage over and over again<g>...
