CYA weasel words do not let Novl off the hook. If some kind of damages award is significant, Novl should have known how much they were being sued for. I certainly did not know. Did you?
You are right in your method of spreading the throw the bums out word, but we would have to form a group to ask for voting rights of stockholders pledged to us to take over or start a suit with these folks. If we did that, and even lost, I'll bet they would finally react to shareholders correctly. What do you think? Are you in?
