Quality large caps. If you are staying in tech these would be my picks. dell, msft, aol, csco and yes I think the internet stocks will rally too. Then start to look at mer, pwj. A great internet power play is inkt. If we see 7400 (but don't go below) this stock will be in the 39-42 range which gives way to a 7 to 15 point gain if the market has the upside roar I expect. Be nimble and take profits quickly on this run...if it happens.
