"As pointed out by others - on various threads - bull market can't resume until highs start exceeding new lows again...... " There has been so much technical damage done to this market that it will really be an uphill battle. There are so many more stocks right now trading near their 52-week lows that there are trading near their highs that even the slightest down day will show a long list of losers. Conversely, an up day will not show a very long list of new highs. DD
