Congrats on 21k. I wish I could short stocks now, but working on it. I am doing paper trading and my shorts on CMGI, AMZN, and XCIT are doing well so far. Wish I could go to St. Louis, but maybe again next summer. Wife has the whole summer off. Hawaii in July? :-) Or better yet Nov/Dec next year. The main news media probably wants to try to give the impression that things are going OK so they don't panic. Who knows what their motives are. Eric
