Calton (CN) selling a subsidiary for 4 times+ of yesterdays market cap Up 60% today on 20 times average volume just before market close. Still a lot to go IMO. I know its slightly off topic but still might be of interest. The company has been in a long decline until today. Check it out. biz.yahoo.com
