Here is an example of why red flags are waving all over the place about this deal. Keith Montgomery is listed in 8/98 filing with Utah Secretary of State as President of Zulu-tek and one of its only 2 directors, but when I call "Zulu" receptionist I am told by her that (i) "I have no idea who you are talking about" and (ii) "I don't know how to reach that person." Ouch! Bambaata, can you help me, since you have the inside track (LOL) on what is going on? Who voted Keith Montgomery in as President and 1 of 2 directors? Maybe that person can locate him for me. Note: I have left word for Zulu-tek's Secretary, Justin Walker, to call. I have previously left word for Zulu-tek's Treasurer, Paul Messina, to call, but I have only gotten two (2) staff call backs to the effect they are "working" on my request for financial information, documents, etc.
