Francois Morax filed a form 3 with Edgars on Aug.27, 1998. I'm not too familiar with Form 3 but it looks like this guy owns 8,534,514 shares common and a 10% convertible promissary note that is convertible into 5,250,000 common shares? I believe the number of shares convertible can vary depending on the closing price of the stock. Does anybody have any information on the convertible promissary note? www1.freeedgar.com Buster
