I think that you can presume, as well as I can presume, that Keith Montgomery is a transitional stand-in. Otherwise, again, presumably, there would have been PR out on him. Assuming this, did you ask to speak to her immediate supervisor in order to locate Montgomery? Or did you ask to speak with Smith again, who obviously would help you? You didn't give up that easily, did you?
