You falsely and deliberately inplied, by opening musing whether a civil suit abridged my right to post, that I am violating some injunction in that civil complaint. You implied that I no longer possessed the right of free speech.

The only abridgement to my freedom of speech is a self-imposed legal restriction discussing my guilt or innocence or interpretation of the civil suit. It does not prohibit my speaking facts.
So you can now rest assured and no longer bother to discuss my rights since you now have the answer.

Tell me the "patriot league" means something to you and you might get me to utter an "ooooo" or an "ahhhh..."
Tell me you have crossed trained in combat arms as I have been (6 MOS's), have an infantry cord, and then received anything above a secret clearance. Tell me whether or not SBI/SCI ever entered your venacular.
Al-len, my biggest problem with "vietnam cowboys" like yourself is that you seem to believe you were hot-stuff and have forgotten why you were assigned to Vietnam in the first place. Do you know what your primary mission was Al-len??
Your mission was to directly/indirectly support those boys on the ground sending the rounds downrange. You have ignored the fact that the true heroes of Vietnam were the 15-20% of the guys who did almost 100% of the ground-pounding, fighting, and bleeding.
There lies the difference between you and I. Had I been there, I would not now try and pretend that being geographically located in a foreign country as part of the support train granted me some kind of official "hero status".
It's great that you served there. It's great that you feel proud of that service. You should.
And I'm sure you have some fascinating stories to tell as many of my friends have. But quit trying to imply that by having been REMF located in some relatively safe TOC or BSA gives you the same status as those who trudged through the jungle and met Charlie face to face.
I can accept that my last position in the Army was solely to support the troops carrying the bullet launchers. You apparently can't. You need to imply mystique and play super-spy. And I highly doubt that you ever did given my past experience with Psyop units.
And do you know of someone in my "community" who has stated that I'm a swindler?? I believe you would be the first to imply that. Again you are being slanderous and depriving me of due process. Seig heil!! Being a swindler would imply fraud... you might take note that SEC has not accused me of fraud, but of a 17(b) failure to disclose, violation.
I innocently asked a question about your posting in the future, and you as usual <wink>, distorted events (spin meister-eze) to try and make things appear as though you are the victim, when in fact all of america has been damaged by your actions.
Can you explain how your tacit support of the RMIL fraud has damaged America?? As for being damaged, I have only to look at our stock portfolio to assess that.
Your problem Al-len is that you believe in nothing... you admittedly take no sides, seek no truth, offer no evidence, hovering like a vulture above the fray looking for targets of opportunity. You like a knat hoveing over the verbal warriors fighting a battle of facts and disclosure.
If you were truly unbiased, you would be subjecting your buddy Riley and his sidekick Pugs to the same negative opinions as you express towards me. So it is clear that you are clearly biased and have, in fact, taken sides. Remember that Riley has also been subpoenaed and may still face legal problems... you never know.
So take your disinformation campaign elsewhere Al-len. Show you are truly an unbiased observer/camp follower, and tell us your opinion of Riley, Pugs, and all of those others who brought RMIL to the SEC's scrutiny, and are reportedly also invoved in the current AZNT issue.
