Joe: Just when we had things sort of figured out here comes a ton of new questions. For example, will Cashco acquire more products before Dec 1999. If not, Cashco shares could become worhtless then. If new products are acquired, then the price could be ? depending on what the product is. Brooks will have the litter which was going to be the cash cow supporting new software products. Another question is how many shares of Brooks will there be and what will be their price. It looks like there will be at least 4 to 5 million (1:5) But what happens to the 6.1 million shares that come out of escrow on 9/22/98. Those were provided to the original Brooks shareholders in a 1:1 trade. Will they become Brooks shares again or stay Cashco shares. If no new Cashco prodcuts by Dec 1999 we could have 5 worthless Cashco shares and one Brooks share worth ?.
