<why will things get better on the 14th> Everyone (fund managers) will be back from a long vacation, and will time to get down to business. NYSE stocks are off about 40% and the NAZ stocks are off over 50%, this will be the end of the correction and these guys along with us will be jumping in and buying up great stocks the are so oversold. This is like someone handing them to you on a silver platter. Get ready because most but not all stocks will start a strong rally .
