AG3340 was worth testing- beyond repeating the very limited and modest results
announced by AGPH. Thanks. <<

Bhag.... many here know that my interest in angiogenesis has derived from the very earliest of observations. I've followed the ENMD observations with interest, but also with the jaundiced eye of someone who worked for large pharma when Folkman first surfaced.

I can't cite reasons beyond what is public, as I have no knowledge of anything beyond that. I consider the inhibitor to be relatively potent. Further, it has passed phase I (safety) testing has good oral bioavailability. I therefore look at a variety of MMPI data beyond that which specifically relates to 3340.

Ask yourself this question, and then perhaps you'll be a bit more pensive.... how often does a Glaxo or a Merck or a Pfizer or a Bayer serve you with answers up-front? A real-world perspective will help you with this stock or with any other biotech that has transitioned to profit.

I've made it clear that this is also my stance. However, (1) I do not consider 3340 as a company cornerstone, and (2) I anxiously await clinical data so that we can more clearly evaluate the potential of MMPIs.
