To all.....

I received this e-mail response today....... to an e-mail that I sent to Jack the other day "requesting my money back":

--------------------

This is not Jack. I tried to write to you yesterday about your questions on John Christiansen.

This is the last time I will write an email to anyone re MTEI. Everyone concerned except Christianson and his cohorts are hurting and have lost money Hopefully, the SEC will do something about the aforementioned individual. All papers, bank statement, news releases, and anything pertaining to ICVI and MTEI were sent to the SEC by special courier around three weeks ago. They did not request this, but we wanted it to be in safe hands.

Anyone who knows how to retrieve court information can check the Harris County Court records that came to our attention after hiring lawyers etc. There are numerous lawsuits directed against Christianson, Gort, Lindsey and associates of different names (about 20). All of the lawsuits are against different companies of theirs and there are several outstanding judgements against them. One is Rice University for around $200,000.00 and another is Akeem Alijuwon' Children's Foundation (something like that). They are as slick as Slick Willy!

The stockholders can have a meeting, elect a new board, communicate with the SEC and start a lawsuit. BUT the SEC should be pursuing this at the government's (taxpayer's of course) expense. They have access to more records than the IRS.

Whether money is being laundered or what is happening is beyond our comprehension . I hope we find out someday.

We are getting off the INTERNET today as I am tired of nasty instant messages etc. Good luck! I hope that the stockholders prevail and get the guys with everyone's money, Hopefully, the money can be retrieved.

What do you think?
