PartyTime, as an aside and with all due respect, your unrelenting ability to find something "good" about Zulu continues to amaze me.
All good humor aside:
1. It is not safe to presume anything with these companies.
2. What would be an interim transitional "president", as you understand matters, of Zulu-tek? That does not have any warm, fuzzy effect for me.
3. I spoke to Paul Messina today who provided this interesting bit of news (contrary to your "safe presumption"):
a. The 8/98 filing with the Secretary of State, listing Montgomery as President, Walker as Secretary, and Messina as Treasurer, and listing Montgomery and Messina as directors, is WRONG.
b. None of the above is an officer or director of poor little Zulu. c. The sole director of Zulu-tek is Neil Miller, and Roger Mincheff and Bob Smith are the officers of Zulu-tek.
4. Paul did state, in no uncertain terms, that the ESVS/Zulu deal will be a tax free acquisition, and I don't have to worry about IRS swooping down to seize the ESVS convertible preferred before the poor Zulu common stockholders get their "tribute".
5. Paul could not help me re valuation, the 10:1, etc., and deferred me back to Bob Smith for that analysis.
6. I understand "many" letters have been received, requesting information re Zulu-tek, and that the company is busy working up a response to all of them!
This is all too much for me. Side-splitting comedy, my friends. Enjoy it, because you won't see anything like this for a long time. This is taking on dimensions of the 3 stooges, abbot & costello, with all due respect to the well meaning people working on these matters. |
