OK but can you see how there could be confusion as to whether she was guilty of a crime or not, or whether she did something personally wrong. Most people have no experience with commodities investing etc. and even on this thread theres 2 different articles cited with different results - Zoltan says look at the later one, fine but the point is its not easy given all these sources of info to draw a conclusion.
