But then again--he is obscure, if not profound--perhaps he meant that RMIL shorts should put their wine bottles in the ducts. But HERE'S the critical question: WHAT ducts? Where are they, exactly, and whose ducts are they? Is the company that owns the ducts incorporated, and if so, in what state? Not Nevada, I hope. Now. Who are the officers of this duct company, and is any of them or any of their associates or affiliates currently under indictment for securities fraud or other offenses?
