Where is the PR? It takes a long time to sugarcoat bad news!!! Fred is smart alright... at paying his bills at our expense. He said he would not execute a reverse stock split. He told us the truth. He's going to give half the company away instead for a note that FXWA will never be able to repay. Wait till the auditors get a hold of this next year. What will the writedown be? Sorry you have lost out on this deal, so have I.
