How am I stalking??

I'm interested in this investment security as a means of a profit-producing short squeeze vehicle. I sincerely wish to know if it is a credible entity, credibly and effectively managed by officers that can execute their business plan. And I'm not being paid to post here.

And the SEC verbage of Section 17(b) is very clear and quite broad.

And it seems to me that I was present on this thread before Al-len or a few others who once followed that defunct halted entity known as RMIL.

If I think for one instance that this company has its act together enough to ensure my investment, I will seriously consider buying it.

However, your apparent refusal to scrutinize and analyze both pro and con positions referencing AZNT, and your two-faced opinion of people alledgedly or admittedly paid to promote a stock, reflects very poorly on your sense of propriety.

Are you trying to say that only Bgtit has the right to receive consideration from a company such as AZNT, and not be subject to the disclosure rules of Section 17(b)??

Is Bgtit guily of perpetrating a fraud since he has only recently disclosed he has received consideration (although not the amount)??

This is no way to analyze an investment. And it reflects that fact that it is not only my words and agenda that should be scrutinized. Maybe you should start looking at one of your "own".... :0| (sorry, bgtit, but I think you should disclose the nature of the consideration you received from AZNT.)
