Help anyone. I am new subscriber to S.I. and do not understand how to post a message without posting a reply to the last person's message. The last message is not always subject related to my intended message, therefore, do not feel appropriate in going this way. I have requested help from S.I., but they have not really answered my question. Perhaps they did not understand it.

Would appreciate an answer by either or both a reply post or E-Mail.
