Dan, I know it's separate from the government's Sherman lawsuit, but Caldera filed it
as an "antitrust lawsuit" as well. I'm just confused on how that is because Microsoft
wasn't a monopoly at that time (imo).

IBM compatibles were dominant, sure, but there were several MSDOS-compatible
OSes out there. Mac was really strong too. And any other number of systems (Unix
flavors, etc.) had a shot. Not to mention OS/2, which pretty much everyone thought
would take over. In hindsight, MSDOS won but at that time I'm not sure Microsoft
could have even been considered the favorite contender.
