Richard, enough is enough. If you want to know why there was a delay in the XRL program, call the company. The fact that JMAR is engaged in new never done before technology is reason to expect delays. Nobody can predict with certainty this type of technology in an exact time schedule. Now JMAR has the money ($13 million from DARPA) and the drive to get this technology out the door in 1999. That is fine for me. If you don't want to call Dr. Martinez, call the guy that is down in the salt mines making this technology a reality. I got the following from one of JMAR's press release. Call now, and get the real facts, instead of mere conjecture.

Inquiries regarding the applicability of JMAR's proprietary compact, high power x-ray sources to a range of industrial, scientific and medical applications should be faxed to Mr. Richard Foster at (619) 535-1835

JMAR's phone is: 619-535-1706

Thank you Richard
