I don't know very much about the posters here, but I find it curious that people would think it difficult to handle a flirtacious employee. I mean, what kind of life experiences do you have that you can't resist a low cut dress or a deep skirt slit? Haven't any of you been a employer? A teacher? A rock star for Christ sakes? I could see an inability to resist if you were locked up in prison and suddenly sprung after five years. But if you have a normal sex life and you're in a position of power over the flirtacious employee/groupie, there is no excuse.
