To Late to be added to my last post: Peg, you listening?? While in St.Louis: Mark McGwire will be working to tie or break Roger Maris's Home Run Record Saturday or Sunday. The last two days Mark McGwire has hit 2 home runs in each game. He needs just 3 more Home Runs to tie the record, set by another former Cardinal, and Yankee, Roger Maris. Roger Maris played his last 2 or 3 seasons with the Cardinals after being chased out of New York for breaking Babe Ruths Home Run Record. ( How Dare Roger break the Babe's Record! < Sarcastic tone > Mark is going to shatter both the Babe's record and Roger Maris's record, while being WALKED MANY more times then either were in ANY of their seasons. Beleive it or not, the Cardinals have been in more World Series then the Yankees, or is it The Cardinals have WON more World Series then the Yankees?
