What on earth are you talking about, Terry? My presumption was correct. He since he got there without us hearing about him coming in, and since he's no longer there without us hearing about him getting out--does that not fit the definition of "transitional?" Just out of curiosity, did you happen to find out who Keith Montgomery is, why he was there and why he's now gone? And for clarity, what I meant by "transitional" is someone who would serve in title but not in function in that the operations are controlled by ESVS, and that this status would hold until ZULU formerly becomes ZuluGroup.com.
