Rumors of short covering, new buying, and possible big agreements floating around. Inquiries seem to support negotiations are jumping forward in a rapid fashion. Possible rapid reversal may be brewing. I know Igen is underpriced, it is not your typical company with earning years out in the future. I wait and will join in the buying.
