It may be appropo that I repost this link and an interesting article I found on another company that got into hot water with the FDA for advertising Stevia's qualities as sweetener or substitute for Sweet & Low or Nutrasweet.

Not saying that I agree with the FDA's ruling as I imagine that Stevia is a safe product, but it shows that there are other distributors of Stevia with far greater distribution outlets.

But again, Bmart at that time flatly denied that Touch of Nature was Stevia, thus claiming that this article did not apply.

Oh well... Again, I would suggest that anyone interested in the controversy over FDA approval of Stevia contact Stevita.
