First of all, since Aquasol DIDN'T disclose to Napier the formulation of their products ( assuming that the claimant was right ),as the merger wasn't completed yet, ***THERE HAS BEEN NO BREACH OF FIDUCIARY DUTY**** on the part of Aquasol. Failed lawsuit. There was also an indication that the suing party does not know the formulation of Aquasol, and only think it is the same.
Second of all, if Napier knew of the lawsuit before they announced it, it still comes under DD and were not wrong to keep quiet until they knew the direction it would take.
Now, let me see,
300 aircraft facilities use MC based paint strippers,
6,152 furniture facilities use it,
and, there are 35,041 industrial facilities using it.
Together comprising 136 million lbs. of MC based paint striper.
Is there a demand for paint strippers? DUH.
Chris, I had an order in today for 4000 shares of NIR @ 1.41, thinking there would be a dump at around 3:45 or so ( like there has been so many days in the past ). At 3:58 I tried to get 2000 @ 1.50 but got beat by the bell. ( I had net problems or I would have been a buyer @ ask ). IMO there is nobody proping up price or they would have been buying bigger volumes.
I also think tomorrow will be another down day. I will buy more tomorrow.
There may not be a liftoff now, but as the financial reports keep comming out, there will be a steady rise in price as Napier keeps gaining more and more of the marketshare. After seeing OSHA reports on how much paint stripper is being used, there is no doubt that the market potential is exponential.
( OH, and lentils, what was that crack about gold related stocke ? )
