I'm a lawyer and I'm not laughing. Where are the facts to back up your post. Sure SOME people do lie in depositions. They are of the Clinton ilk who see the truth as an impediment to their personal desires. The proportion of people who lie in depositions is no where near what you state. Sanctions for perjury are in fact very common in my practice experience. Your anti-lawyer bias is showing. JLA
