The GL-T8411E operates on the VHF paging band and is designed specifically to the requirements of the European market. It supports all the popular paging protocols in use in Europe, including POCSAG, FLEX and ERMES. Every GL-T8411 also supports ReFLEX25. Vodafone Paging Ltd. of England is the first paging carrier to adopt the GL-T8411E. The company is preparing to install more than 400 units throughout its nationwide paging network, which provides alphanumeric and numeric service to England, Wales and Scotland. Additional GL-C2000 series controllers will also be installed as part of Vodafone's Glenayre system.
