Nothing was ever proven on Bush. The story had no legs as previously stated because it could not be verified. Different situation from Bubba where legions of women will testify to doing the hoky poky with the First Scumbag.

Discovery is necessarily a broad type of an exercise under our system of justice. Clinton's problems with Judicial Watch have nothing to do with "luck" or "Judges inclined to grant discovery." Discovery is a party's right under the Rules of Civil Procedure and no Court approval or intervention is required unless the opposing party fails to comply. Typical of Clintonistas, you ignore that Clinton's problems are of his own making. The fact that he has been caught lies with no one but himself.

As for your dire predictions for the Presidency, we'll just have to be more careful about the kinds of people we elect in the future. As BC proves, character does matter. The Clinton Presidency is a great lesson in that regard. JLA
