Best way to reduce emmissions is to buy a machine from a real vendor who sells FCC Class B Certified equipment. Almost 0% local builders are close to being FCC Class B compliant and certainly not certified. Almost no home built machines will be either. Among that group emmissions will vary widely. Not much you can do on your own. Getting EMI is right is hard enough with very expensive equipment and test chambers. nearly impossible to do at home.
