The principals behind CASHCO are not just here for the litter or Y2K or chat, they're here to make it big time.

I am sure that is true. But are you sure they have your interests at heart?

Without financial reporting there is no fair way to come to an informed decision about the value of the pieces that are going to be left. All the liabilities of CSHK may remain there or they may be shared in the divestiture. Standing on its own with the possibility of a faltering of the Y2K sales, the remaining company may not survive two quarters. If the stock price is down they would then have no ability to consider any kind of additional acquisitions. I don't really see your point here Joe.

And as to ARBrooks, there is no experience with this as a shipping product. All of its revenue plan is still in the future. It could well be that this is driving the decision to divest. Because it is all potential still. Soon the product will be in market and it will have to post results of its performance.
