Have you considered index options (OEX, SPX)? Follow the trend while keeping a stop in place and once profitable continue to keep the stop in place so that a winning trade doesn't turn into a loser. Of course this could be done with stocks, too. But if you can see ST where the market is going some killer profits are available for the seers with a keen sense of the tape. Just an idea.
